Since orders are custom and personalized, and due to the delicate nature of our cardstock products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If there is a physical defect with your item or an error on our part, please reach out to us at contact@nedycakes.com within 2 days of receiving your package with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
