Our cake toppers are uniquely crafted by hand from premium cardstock and are NOT edible. Some of the topper pieces feature sticks for easy mounting on the cake, while others do not. For those, apply a small amount of icing or piping gel to ensure they remain securely and perfectly in place. Please take off the toppers before serving the cake.
Since orders are custom and personalized, and due to the delicate nature of our cardstock products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If there is a physical defect with your item or an error on our part, please reach out to us at contact@nedycakes.com within 2 days of receiving your package with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
